The first objective of my programming is to keep you healthy and injury free - let’s keep you doing the sport you love! From this base, we push for performance enhancement.

Your goal may be to attain a personal best in your next Ironman Triathlon or simply to consistently dominate your weekends, from a 5km race on the Saturday to an epic mountain bike ride with friends on the Sunday. Learning a new skill like kitesurfing or rockclimbing? I can help you prepare your body to not only cope but excel with the demands of your new sport.

Hi, I’m Matt…

I have over 15+ of experience in training elite athletes. I’ve worked within organizations in the NCAA, NBA, & NHL, and I’m excited to apply my knowledge to your training!

Highlights of my career so far include:

  • Winning an NBA Championship with the San Antonio Spurs (2014)

  • Multiple appearances in the NBA and NHL playoffs.

  • As the Toronto Maple Leafs’ Head Strength & Conditioning Coach, reducing injury rates was a key focus. During my tenure, the Leafs achieved the third lowest injury rate in the NHL (CHIP Cap hit per injured player).

  • Multiple athletes have made appearances at the Olympic Games.

  • I’ve worked with elite athletes from many sports. From basketball to waterpolo, track & field to ice hockey, golf to softball - I’ve worked with athletes from all over!
