Matt Herring has over 15 years of experience in training elite and professional athletes. He has served as a strength and conditioning coach for teams in the NCAA, NBA, and NHL, and is excited to apply his extensive knowledge to your training.
Career highlights include:
- Serving as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for the San Antonio Spurs during their 2014 NBA Championship win, earning a Championship Ring.
- Contributing to multiple NBA and NHL playoff appearances for teams he has worked with.
- Reducing injury rates at the Toronto Maple Leafs and Anaheim Ducks as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach (Leafs & Ducks) and Head of Sports Science (Ducks).
- Working with multiple athletes who have competed in the Olympic Games.
- Training elite athletes across a wide range of sports, including basketball, water polo, track & field, ice hockey, golf, and softball, from around the globe.
Matt holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science from Swansea University and an MSc in Strength & Conditioning from the University of Edinburgh. He is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) accredited by the National Strength & Conditioning Association.
